During my stay, I found the restaurant service to be exceedingly slow. waiting over an hour for meals was frustrating, especially at peak dining times. Additionally, the proximity to the airport caused constant noise interruptions, making it hard to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. The staff's inconsistencies in attentiveness also left me yearning for a more seamless experience, as I expected better service from a high-end resort.

the marriott has a fantastic pool area and offers a great kids club, which our daughter loved, even with no other kids around. the on-site spa was a real treat too, with large windows that overlook the beach, and we enjoyed the massages. the location is perfect, just a short walk to a private beach.

My stay at Santa Marta Marriott Resort Playa Dormida was delightful. The hotel was pristine with beautiful facilities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure my comfort. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had an impressive spread with many delicious options.

I had a fantastic time at this resort! The food was incredible, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious options. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that allowed for restful nights. However, I found the wait for coffee during breakfast a bit tedious, so that’s something the hotel could improve.
